Garage doors can foil hijackings
In today’s world, automation for your garage door is becoming increasingly important. Automation allows you to open your door and drive inside remaining safely in your vehicle until the door has closed again. Properties which have both a driveway gate and garage door should ideally have both automated. This is especially true if a lady driver comes and goes from the premises on her own or anyone in the family comes and goes at night.
Garage doors have become an important feature of every home. Geoff Howard-Tripp of Margate Engineering says, “Wisely selected doors will not only offer a high degree of protection but also beautify and add value to your property in the bargain.”
Whether you have a single or double garage, a solid timber door will add the look of quality to your home. Geoff’s company, Margate Engineering, which supplies and installs garage doors, says this is true whether you choose solid timber such as Saligna or Meranti or opt for moulded fibreglass which is a dead ringer for the real thing. Fibreglass doors offer the advantage of requiring less upkeep.
Margate Engineering also offers galvanised steel and Chromadek doors, which are more economical options that are nevertheless strong and effective. One of the best features, however, of dealing with a company like Margate Engineering, which has a long history of service in the region, is that having a reputation to uphold, they take pride in customer satisfaction.
